That's the most important thing there. For me, anyway.

This physiotherapeut is Elina Aula. She was in Pitäjänmäki when practicing. Studying-times, You see. There she gave much too harsh exercise to me. But I must say, that I'm not easy one.
She wanted this picture taken. Want, want, want... Okay.
Relaxing is extremely important thing.
I really like swimming. Water gives suitable buoyancy and friction. I can walk there.
Then some swimming.
Someone
is always there. Maybe that\s even too much, I don\t know.
We had a big gym in 5th floor. With special things for handicabbed.
Everything is started with that treadmill. On Friday August
13th I complained, that weights were suitable for Arnold
Schwarzenegger. Oh yeah, I had only quite lousy shape.
This is another way
to warm up.
This thing works
for legs. Not very usable to someone, who has paralyzed legs.
But very usable for me.
The stretching is
important thing here.
Here we pull the strings down.
Even more important thing is stretching.
And
then pulling at some another direction.
