Me

I must explain that picture. One can see in this magnification the general untidiness. Ouch!

Of course I can say, that it represents "Guerrilla after few weeks" -style. But I don't! I could say, that I don't focus on me; I focus on essential things!

Then one could look my glasses. The other lense (left) seems dirty. That's intentional thing! That way You can see my eye, but I can't see out. Because I can use only one eye at a time. No matter which!

Then one can see my eye browns. There's something funny! Yes, very true. Right one is really nearly white, left one is brown. That oddity happened, when the stroke hit...

Then something. I'm quite sure, that I don't say, what You want to know. But ask, I'm happy to answer!

Physical things

First of all, I should say some basic physical facts about me. Because those You notice first. And that's very true!

For shrinks

Something about that. Although there isn't anything!

Eating

After these metaphysical considerations, I write about eating. That sounds odd, yes? But eating is very important thing in diabetes.

Breakfast

This is considered as the most important meal of the day. Maybe so! But not for me.

My breakfast would cause acute pain for any therapeut, specialized in these things. Maybe I should explain briefly, what I eat.

Take two big bread. Some (no, not some, much is better word) liverpaté. On that some ham. And then cheese!

As drinking, I use yoghurt. Not "liquid" one. "Semi-solid" is much better for me!

I put some müsli on my yoghurt.

Lunch

My parents do ready portions for me. I warm then in my microwave-oven.

Dinner

Not anything, yet!!

In the evening

At about 10PM, I have last meal for the day. I'm awake till awfully late time, so this is extremely important meal for me.

I don't use any butter or any other grease on my sandwich. But I use extreme amounts of things on bread. This time, there in "Blå Castello" -cheese. That's a blue cheese with some white mold, too. It's really extremely good. But there's so much grease. And then my "normal" portion is very uncommon. 75 grams (I don't count the ounces, but believe, there are many).

Then there's a plum tart (or "joulutorttu", as we call it) and a thick slice of cake.

For drinking tea, always tea!
