Joulu, taas. Nyt on marraskuu, mutta kaikki mahdollinen joulukrääsä on jo esillä!
Next month is "joulukuu" (=Christmas-month) in our
language. So, this Christmas-stuff is really much too early! Okay,
in USA everything starts at Thanksgiving. But we don't have that
here. And I really hope, we never have it!
Siellä Stockan
"Uudella puolella" on tällainen hirvitys. Tai ei
se varmaankaan mikään hirvitys ole: siellähän
on kaikki niin aistikasttä että...
This place should be very classy and chick. But is this?
I consider it rather horrible thing. But I'm obviously some kind
of brute...
Tenava-osastoilla
on nyt vain jokseenkin kammottava ryysis. Muttä tämä
on pientä verrattuna parin viikon kuluttua olevaan hysteeriseen
mellakkaan...
One really has to buy stuff for children now. Here's
full riot after just few weeks...
Piparimuotit
ovat perinteistä ja "hyvää" Joulua. Myönnän
kyllä, että jokin avaruussukkuloita tuottava muotti
ei oile siitä kaikkein perinteisimmästä päästä...
Ginger biscuits are really Christmas for us. Smell of those!
Of course, it's hard (nearly impossible) to bake them without sugar...
Here are molds for those. Okay, I must admit, that space
shuttle isn't so traditional. But there seems to be plenty of
very old shapes: pig, heart, star, and such.
Sokerillisia suklaajoulupukkeja
oli vaikka minkälaisia. Mutta kyllä sieltä sokerittomiakin
löytyi! Ja minähän kerrassaan rakastan suklaata!
Myönnän kyllä, ettei se varsinaisesti ole hyvä
juttu diabeetikolle, mutta on tylsää olla jatkuvasti
järkevä!
There were all possible types of these chocolate Santa.
And I really love chocolate. I admit, that isn't so good thing,
because I have diabetes. But who cares! At least, not me!
Stockmann-herkussa
on ihan tavalliset ostoskärryt. Ihmiset käyttäytyvät
aivan törkeästi niitten kanssa. On jokseenkin selvää,
että olen kömpelömpi ja hitaampi ottamaan niitä.
Mutta entäs sitten? Rynnimällä ohitseni saa ehkäpä
sekunnin verran etua (jos sitäkään). Joka häviää
kuin tuhkaa tuuleen siellä sekoilevaan ihmisjoukkoon.
There are food, too. And we have no famine. But people
behave like that...
