on näihin aikoihin aika vihantaa. Ja
ymmärtäähän sen, nyt on tuotettava kaikki,
mitä vuodenaikaan tarvitaan. Siis kasvit, mutta myös
eläinten on varustauduttava.
Real jungle here and now (these
places were totally dead a few months ago). Because plans have to get
everything they need during these few months. So, these arctic (this is
very) places produce really heavily.
Nyt on
myös syreenit
täydessä kukassa. Se taitaa kasvaa myös
kohtuullisen pohjoisessa.
Lilacs are pretty typical plants here in gardens
(though only in gardens, there are no "wild" ones). They can quite
easily tolerate our climate.
Tuohon on saatu
nyt asfalttia. Siis tietenkin olisi parasta, jos koko tie olisi
pällystetty. Mutta kyllä tämäkin on parempi kuin ei
mitään.
Aiemmin siinä oli hiekkaa koko tuo alue. Eli kyllä
tämä on sentään tyhjää parempi.
I had complained about this place.
But now it has been fixed! Naturally not the very ideal way, but that
would have been extremely expensive.
Kaupasta hommasin
tällaisen leijonanuken Ruffelle leikittäväksi. Saa
nähdä, mitä Ruffe tykkää. Ainakin
edellinen jääkarhu oli mieleen!
Marimekko on täkäläinen juttu.
Ruffe got this lion. I got ice-bear
to him earlier. And he really loved it. Hopefully he likes this!

Pilvenpiirtäjä
on nyt aika paljolti valmis. Sen voi päätellä
siitä-, ettei nosturin alle ei mahdu juuri isompaa. Nyt
sxiinä on ilmeisesti kahdeksan kerrosta. Kymmenisen
voisi olla todellisuutta.
Tai eihän se mikään oikea pilvenpiirtäjä ole.
Täkäläisessä mittakaavassa kuitenkin!
Now the "skyscraper" is very near
final size. Because not very much more building can fit under the
crane. I think, they are going to build 10 stores.
A skyscraper in Finland is very tall.
This thing isn't called such anywhere else. But here is significantly
taller than anything else.
