Vaikka
Pauli oli suunnilleen vakuuttunut Joulupukin henkilöllisyydestä,
hermostuneisuus oli kuitenkin aikamoisen kovaa.
Pauli was really quite convinced about the real identity
of Santa. But anyway, he was rather nervous.
Joulupukki
oli jo aiemmin tuonut satsin lahjoja. Ja niistähän tenavat
olivat aivan innoissaan. Ja siinä aukaisemisvaiheessa he
pystyivät heti osoittamaan, mitä lahjoja he halusivat
heti avata.
Santa (or maybe some of his helpers) had brought some gifts. Pauli and Tuuli were really eager to check everything beforehand. So, they knew rather well "interesting" packets.

Tuuli is clearly very calm: Santa is a real thing. And -
of course - Pauli was disappointed, when his theory was totally
destroyed. But Santa is real thing and that's fun!

pukki on päässyt sitten oleellisimpaan hommaansa: jakamaan
lahjoja. Mutta hänellä oli jo kiire seuraaviin paikkoihin!
Now real work of Santa: giving presents. But Santa had to
hurry to next places. He has so many of them.
Mamma
saa nyt voileipägrillin. Täydellisen hyödytön
härveli. Mutta kerrassaan hupaisan näköinen: sika!

Joku kirjeystävistäni
oli sanonut, että keskityn sivuillani turhan paljon murkinaan.
Juu, myönnän kyllä sen! Minulla itselläni
on sokeritauti, eli ruoka on kerrassaan tärkeä juttu
elämässäni. Myös ihmiset pysyvät edes
suunnilleen paikoillaan ruokapöydässä.
Ja lisäksi tuo mätivoileipä on kerrassaan äärettömän herkullinen.
Some pen-pal (or actually I should talk about e-pal) told me, that I present much too much food here. And yes, that's really quite true. But I have some rather good reasons for that:

oli saanut Twister-pelin. Hän on ihan käsittämättömän
notkea, joten peli on oikein hyvä.
Taustalla on Pappa ja Yrjö Kähkönen. Hän oli esimerkiksi mukana Tallinnanreissulla.
